Gass, s. n., 29 January 1982, with P. Quirk, S. Prieve, et al from Arizona, Maricopa County, Highlands Development, in the area directly south of Pinnacle Peak as a part of DBG plant salvage project; Collector's notes: Slope gently, Aspect South.
Description: Flower diameter 20-25 mm, length 24-25 mm, outer perianth pale pink with brownish midstripe, inner perianth pale pink at tips darker at base; stigma green, lobe number 8; petals have a feathery appearance at edges; Appearance of flowers different from 1982 0017 0601 both in color and shape.
