Description: Flower diameter 31-43 mm, length 30-33 mm, outer perianth light pink with reddish-green midstripe all the way to the tip, inner perianth light pink with hot pink midstripe all the way to the tip; stigma lobe number 8-9, color yellow green, flowers collected mid-morning; stem color gray-green; spines arranged with one center, hooked spine that is dark reddish-charcoal surrounded by white spines with charcoal tips
